64 Center Street

This beautifully furnished 4 bed/2bath was created a few years ago. I came up from NYC with the intent to make the places I bought here as lovely as possible. My homes are all full of light, pretty and created with care. Every detail in the house has been thoughtfully curated for you to have a sunny and happy experience in your academic endeavors. Everything is included for you. The house had two living room spaces and a fantastic dining area. Each room has a full/queen bed, remote AC's, dimmable lighting, excellent black out curtains as well as light filtering shades, wardrobes and closets with hanging space, charging stations, and so much more. Full kitchen, free wifi, free washer and dryer- even dishes and glassware available upon request. Just look at the picture and judge for yourself.

I have had nothing but great tenants who always treat the homes with respect and I would expect the same from you if I was to decide to rent to your and your friends.

The house also has great outdoor space with a sweet front porch with seating and pretty solar lights as well as a beautiful smaller backyard with chairs out back:) Parking on the driveway can accommodate two cars tandem if you pull all the way up. As you are on Center Street there is also plenty of street parking available . Additionally, you are only one block away from the Center Street pickup stop for the bus so you need not bring your car :) and of course, being on Center Street means you are only a 10 minute walk to the main street nightlife.

Come live in a 5 Star Airbnb and pay less than the hideous large companies charge.LOL

Rent in this house varies by bedroom as they are all different sizes and I think it's only fair :) additionally, each of you will have your own lease so only responsible for your part :)

Rm 1 (XL) - $910/month
Rm 2 & 3 - $885/month
Rm 4 - $845/month

Rent can be paid monthly or semester, based on a 9 month contract :)
